Jun 18, 2016 For many of us when we start using VirtualBox, we face problems where either the virtualbox is throwing error, or the 64-bit option is not missing. This video will help solve that problem.

I experienced the same problem while trying to install a 64-bit version of Linux Mint inside VirtualBox. I opened VirtualBox, clicked on NEW, entered a name for the virtual machine, choose the type of operating system, but when I wanted to choose a version, I only saw 32-bit versions and NO 64-bit versions as an option.

Oct 26, 2017 Open it up and click the “New” button. Name your Virtual Machine “High Sierra,” and choose “Mac OS X” for the operating system and “Mac OS X (64-bit)” for the version (as of this writing, “macOS High Sierra” is not offered, but that’s fine.) Continue through the process.
